Registration for AAJA Fest
For the first time, and in the spirit of community and allyship, AAJA Fest will not distinguish between AAJA members and non-members.
Instead, we will offer “Festival Only” rates, as well as “Festival Bundle” rates to encourage AAJA membership. This bundle rate includes festival registration as well as a $15 discount to the full annual AAJA membership, and is available to both new and renewing members. For existing members, the bundle will extend membership one year beyond their current expiration date.
Our early bird rates will run through 11:59 p.m. PT, Friday, July 31; rates will increase on Saturday, August 1.

Student Rate
Those who are part of the Class of 2019 and younger are eligible for the student rate. If you are undergoing hardship, please consider applying for a student scholarship via the hardship rate button below.
Hardship Rate
We are mindful of the challenges that this year has wrought upon our industry. We are casting a wide net on the hardship rate, and reviewing them on a case-by-case basis. Should you be recently unemployed or are undergoing financial hardship, please consider applying for our hardship rate.
Student Scholarships
Would you like to support a student to attend AAJA Fest? Once you complete registration, you will have the opportunity to make an additional donation, which will enable an AAPI student member to participate in this year's festival.
AAJA Loyalty Discount
The AAJA loyalty discount is available to members who have attended five consecutive AAJA conventions, the last one being #AAJA19. We anticipate contacting you soon if you are eligible for the loyalty rate. Please email contact@aaja20.org if you were registered under the loyalty rate last year.
What about Day Rates?
Recognizing that we will be distributing more programming over more days and to ensure participants still have the flexibility to drop in and out as life and work necessitates, we will not be providing day rates this year.
Gold Members
We're thankful for your loyalty and your additional support of AAJA's mission. While the Festival Bundle rate above only accommodates a Full membership rate, we urge you to continue your membership at the Gold level. Please register at the Festival Bundle rate, and you will be given additional instructions on how to continue with your Gold membership.
